5. The start in Trondheim

Be prepared that we may force the times that have been set up so that we start a little more compactly than what is described in the start overview itself. Pay close attention to who starts before you so that you are ready in relatively good time before the start.

6. Food and Target Area

This year we also have fresh baguettes, wraps, juice, sports drinks, water, fruit (mostly banana) and hot soups at most food stations on the way to Oslo. Please note that we do not have gel and bars this year because we do not have sufficient access to the correct varieties of these items. If you need this, you must resolve it in your bag freight.

At the finish line, the participants will be served varied products from Nordic Lunch. There will also be an opportunity to buy sausages, coffee, beer and soft drinks.

7. Awards

The various prize distributions will be made consecutively as soon as the result lists are available. Awards in the team competition from Lillehammer take place at approximately 13:00. Awards in the team competition from Trondheim will start approx. at 19.00 and approx. 20.30 for the joint starting pools.
